IIS Council
IIS Council
Student organizations under the IIS umbrella meet monthly to form the IIS Council. The purpose of the IIS Council is to:
- Build a community of student leaders that promotes diversity, inclusiveness and cultural awareness throughout the TCU community
- Discuss issues affecting organizations and organization members
- Develop student leaders that promote and build student organizational capacity
- Provide opportunities for collaboration
- Share events, information and resources
As a member organization of the IIS Council, student leaders gain access to:
- Individual and organization advising
- Annual IIS Council Leaders Retreat and President’s Brunch
- Additional funding for programs and events
- CCIS conference room for programs and leadership meetings
- Use of IIS listserv, announcement board and TV display to publicize upcoming events
- Additional resources when available
